Connect gas consumption to cylinder inventory.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Configure cylinder capacity, starting pressure, and reserve.
  • Support consistent metric and imperial presentation.
  • Display remaining pressure and gas; flag reserve crossing and depletion.
  • Document assumptions and prevent negative inventory.
  • Associate cylinders with configured gases.

Depends on gas consumption.
