Add adjustable surface gas consumption and live consumption statistics.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Clearly label rate definition and units.
  • Convert surface consumption to ambient-depth consumption.
  • Integrate usage across changing-depth segments.
  • Show current rate and cumulative usage.
  • Playback speed does not change totals.
